TERMS & CONDITIONS
DISCOUNT PRIVILEGES
Any person who wishes to become a Member must complete and submit the application form given by Party World KTV. Any incomplete or not clearly stated application form shall be rejected.
The VIP Card is proprietary to Party World KTV Pte Ltd (“Party World ”) where acceptance of any person(s) to the VIP Card shall be subjected to the approval of Party World and once accepted by Party World; participation by any such person (“Member”) of the VIP Card shall be subjected to the following Terms and Conditions. The VIP Card shall only be valid within Singapore.
By receiving or acknowledging the use of the VIP Card, Member are deemed to have read understood, accepted and be bound by all terms and conditions of the VIP Card herein.
- Party World VIP Card is a lifetime membership card.
- A $10.00 registration fee is applicable upon collection of the VIP Card.
- Discounts will not be given without presenting the VIP Card.
- VIP Card discounts are not valid on Public Holiday Eve.
Members' are required to present the VIP Card upon check-in without demand from the outlets to enjoy the benefits or discount.
All benefits and discounts offered upon presentation of the VIP Card are not applicable with other prevailing special offers, promotions, discount vouchers, and surcharges unless otherwise stated.
Party World shall not be liable nor responsible in any manner for lost or stolen of VIP Card. It's the Member's responsibility to report loss of member card and obtain a replacement VIP Card.
A fee of $10.00++ will be imposed on lost or stolen card.
E-birthday vouchers can only be used once during member's birthday month. Members must show their IC together with the member for verification.
Party World reserves the right from time to time at our sole discretion, to remove or change the discount privileges and rewards / redemption of points or make amendments to the above conditions without notifying the Member.
POINTS ACCUMULATION / REDEMPTION
Every S$1 spent entitles the Member to one (1) Rewards Point. However, additional bonus Rewards Points may be earned during special offers or promotions, for the duration of the offer or promotion.
Rewards Points will not be credited without a VIP Card.
Rewards Points can only be credited into the individ ual Member's account. In the event that the Member does not want the Rewards Points to be credited into his / her account, the Rewards Points will be forfeited. Rewards Points cannot be credited into another Member's account.
Once any redemption of Rewards Points have been deducted, it cannot be revoked, amended, cancelled, returned or exchanged for other items and are not refundable for cash.
For redemption items that may be affected by both Rewards Points and cash payment, the member shall make the necessary cash or credit card payment at the counter.
Redemption of items is subjected to the Member having sufficient Rewards Points and the availability of items, Party World reserves the right to replace any items of similar value without prior notice.
All unredeemed Rewards Points at the end of each calendar year, will automatically be forfeited without prior notice to Members.
Party World shall not be liable for any Points deducted in furtherance to redemption that may be made by other persons on behalf of the Member before we receives from the relevant Member prior to notice of lost / stolen VIP Card.
Party World reserves the right from time to time at our sole discretion, to remove or change the discount privileges and rewards / redemption of points or make amendments to, the above conditions without any prior notice.
